This is a rare item. It was only issued to Gold Members on the inauguration of Gold Member Membership

It has all the relevant Moorcroft markings on the reverse

First quality. No chips, cracks or restoration.

Moorcroft pottery is completely hand-made and hand-painted in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England and as such no two pieces are ever exactly the same. They have very high quality standards and grade all their pieces into First/Best quality and Graded/Seconds. Those of Graded/Seconds are still of a high quality but will have some minor (often almost undetectable) flaw such as a small piece of tube-lining missing or a bubble in the glaze. Please note we do not attempt to describe any blemish that happened during the production process – we only comment on those that have occurred since production.
